Our archive boasts many locations of all types: from private spaces to offices, castles, historic and modern villas, commercial activities, city streets or immersed in nature, and much more… If we don’t have the right location for you in our archive, we can find it for you, based on our knowledge of locations and years of experience in research full of contacts and relationships.
We cultivate relationships with local municipalities and institutions and are able to suggest where to shoot with the available resources. We have contacts with all other location managers in Italy and Europe.

Location department manager
Born in Milan in 1978. Graduated in Sociology at the University of Milan Bicocca, she has always cultivated a passion for travelling and discovering new places as well as for cinema. Immediately after graduating, she started working at Face and Place as an assistant location manager, discovering in this job a wonderful way for her passions to interact. A few years later she joined the company and became the location manager. To this day she still deeply loves her job.

Her passion for Milan is evident, as she knows its every corner and architectural detail, as well as having a vast artistic culture. Her in-depth knowledge of the city and her ability to find the perfect locations for any event or film production are incredibly appreciated in the industry.
However, from time to time Michela shares her desire to pursue another path: to become a florist. This aspiration reflects her creativity and aesthetic sensitivity, as well as her ability to capture beauty in even the most delicate details. Whatever field she is in, Michela brings with her a unique mix of professional expertise, love of the city and a natural inclination towards art and beauty.
Emma Gasparini
Emma Gasparini, a mainstay of Face and Place, stands out as a renowned location manager with several years of experience in the industry. She has skilfully led numerous productions, ranging from commercials to feature films, demonstrating extraordinary versatility and expertise.
Known affectionately as ‘the hyena of Vicenza’, Emma embodies a unique charm: seemingly sweet and cute, she hides a determination and firmness that allow her to always get the best for the projects she manages.
